It is very important to carefully enter your data as this is the method our system has to contact you via email.
We strongly recommend NOT using a tablet or smartphone (Apple or Android) to actually book your appointment! There have been some
issues with the secure servers not handling the browsers on mobile devices. Please use a Windows or MAC laptop/desktop to follow link to
make your appointment.
Please do not Pre-Register more than once with two different email addresses as we will be sorting out duplicates.
We strongly encourage our customers to use an email address OTHER than Bellsouth.net when registering. We use two very popular and
professional services to send out emails. Both of these services had more bounces from Bellsouth.net email addresses than any other

Also note that the Santa Booth phone number is only active DURING the season while we are at the mall. You may reach us via email or

Each family should have a separate appointment. Group photographs can be
accommodated as long as both families have booked appointments in the same time
slot. Please contact us if there are any questions related to groups.
Extended family - (brothers, sisters with their own children) will need their own appointment
There are 5 appointment slots per scheduled time
This year we will be taking appointments ALL DAYS of the week that we are open! All visits
are by appointment only - appointments may be made at the Santa Desk IF AVAILABLE.

We HIGHLY encourage everyone to set a reminder on your favorite smart phone calendar AP! Reminder emails do go out, but with
the current state of email spam filtration it is always a good plan to have your own safety reminder!
To insure that all of our contact information is accurate - EVERYONE must Pre-Register every year
Please note that "Pre-Registration" does not guarantee an appointment, but is the first step to acquiring an appointment each year.
Everyone must Pre-Register each year so that we make sure we have the most recent contact info.
VERY IMPORTANT!! Do NOT Pre-Register twice with different email addresses!!
If you need us to change your email address please send us a EMAIL, but entering your info twice can result in the system not
sending an invitation to the right address.
