It is very important to carefully enter your information as this is the method our system has to contact you via email.
We strongly recommend NOT using a tablet or smartphone (Apple or Android) to actually book your appointment! There have been some
issues with the secure servers not handling the browsers on mobile devices.
Please use a Windows or MAC laptop/desktop to follow link to make your appointment.
Specifically DO NOT USE SCHOOL OR CORPORATE EMAIL ADDRESSES or your invitation may get caught in filters!
Please do not Pre-Register more than once with two different email addresses as we will be sorting out duplicates.
We strongly recommend using GMAIL, MIcrosoft Mail or other generic email hosts when registering.
Actual appointment token emails will start in late-SEPTEMBER. Watch this space and your email for more information...

Each family should have a separate appointment. Group photographs can be
accommodated as long as both families have booked appointments in the same time
slot. Please contact us if there are any questions related to groups.
Extended family - (brothers, sisters with their own children) will need their own appointment
There are 5 appointment slots per scheduled time
This year we will be taking appointments ALL DAYS of the week that we are open! All visits
are by appointment only - appointments may be made at the Santa Desk IF AVAILABLE.
